What are the payments options?

What are the delivery and shipping modes?

India

We offer free shipping within India.

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable partner courier company, DTDC.

Delivery Time : 7-10 working days

These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. 

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Kindly note there might be a delay during holidays and festivals.

International​

For all countries we have tied up with the best logistic partners like Indian Post, DHL, Aramex, Fed Ex etc to provide you with the most reliable and efficient service.

Please note, you will need to pay customs and duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in.

How will i get the updates on my order?

We will send an email confirming your order and we would also be happy to provide you assistance you may require post ordering.

We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address, phone or WhatsApp number you would have provided us with.

What is cancellation or refund policy?

We offer exchange within 2 days of receiving the product. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product, and would like to exchange it, Please mail us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the picture of it.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:39,ground floor, shahpurjat, New Delhi-110049.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the product is received and checked, and intact with label, we will initiate the exchange.
